As the former VP of Evaluation for a global nonprofit, I know how difficult it can be to navigate the complex landscape of research, reporting, credibility, and impact. All while keeping an eye on spending, impressing stakeholders, and making decisions about where to invest precious staff resources.
That's why I founded Nonprofit Impact Consulting in 2024: to provided nonprofits with an alternative to staffing an internal research team, without losing access to the expertise that trained researchers can offer.
Since 2012, I've been serving local nonprofits as a volunteer, a service provider, a researcher, and an executive leader. I know firsthand the impact that nonprofits have in the world, and I am dedicated to helping organizations share their story of impact through compelling research studies, annual reports, data visuals, and so much more.
I am eager to see how we can work together to meet your most pressing research needs!

We believe that every nonprofit should have access to rigorous expert research services at an affordable price. We're here to support you in all stages of research activities: from strategic planning and study design through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
We cater our services to meet your specific needs, whether that's one-time project support or ongoing mentorship and coaching.
We offer A la Carte services that can be mixed and matched to meet your needs. Please set up a free consultation call to see how we can create a customized plan for your organization.
As nonprofits grow, so does the pressure to be more strategic about the investment of resources and showing evidence of impact. We bring expertise in developing multi-year learning agendas, strategic goal-setting, and identifying/measuring key performance indicators across the organization.
We're ready to guide you in developing robust evaluation studies that meet a variety of evidence tiers (ESSA Tiers, What Works Clearinghouse). Our team can assist you in developing a logic model for your program, draft a scope of work for a new study, or develop a proposal for funding for a larger, complex study.
We're experienced in applying for and managing multi-million-dollar grants from federal organizations (Education Innovation Research program, National Institutes of Health). We can guide you in identifying best-fit grant organizations and provide feedback on grant proposals.
In additional to research and strategy work, we also bring expertise in helping organizations develop internal data roadmaps and continuous improvement plans. Examples include: identifying and measuring KPIs, developing internal data systems, and developing feedback surveys.
Your collected data is only as strong as the story you tell about it. We're here to help you craft powerful stories using data, which can translate into a variety of deliverables: Annual Reports, briefs and 1-pagers, infographics, webpage content, blog posts and articles, and much more.
Sometimes you just need to run your ideas by an expert in the field. We're here to be a mentor, coach, and consultant for staff of any level (front-line program staff to executive leaders and CEOs). We provide confidential consulting on research and data use, planning, and communications.
